RW 09, Duri Kosambi: Utilization of Google Sheets and Google Forms as a Vaccination System

Vaccination is one of the Indonesian government's programs to create herd immunity among the Indonesian people. and this program is forwarded to the community through the DKI Jakarta government program and is forwarded to the Cengakreng sub-district and the Duri Kosambi sub-district. This was also responded by the Duri Kosambi Health Center together with the Cengkareng District Health Center to carry out vaccinations for the community and even try to be mobile or present at the place so that the community can easily access and get existing vaccinations to achieve and realize what is expected by the government.

It is not easy to mobilize people who want to be vaccinated so that they can be maintained and can be managed properly. so that no accumulation causes bigger problems and potentially more dangerous transmission. So the head of the RW, Mr. Johan created a committee to organize this and find a way to easily access registrations and print out invitations to the community quickly. So from this, it was born to create a system based on Google Sheets and Google Forms as a basic database for residents who want to vaccinate and get proof of registration quickly without direct contact.

2020 was a difficult year and was also a turning point year in accelerating world change towards accelerating new technologies. Where many things have changed as has been said in these articles:

So in 2021-2022 is the year of adjustment of human life to the accelerated process of world change with the acceleration of technology. One of the things that are felt is the changing patterns of technology use in human life, one of which is financial technology, investment, shopping, payments, and conducting online meetings.

This may still be a bit difficult and uncomfortable in the middle of 2020, especially when things that are not considered disrespectful are normal and even become the main requirement for everyone. This makes people increasingly accelerate the race to keep up with the acceleration and adapt to changing world with existing technology.

New normal life: The new standard and New limit - Indoneisa Idea and Concept

Normal is a word that we often expect lately, where everyone can hug, can work by the socio-culture that has been going on when Covid-19 has not yet happened. In some books, large dictionaries in Indonesian and other language dictionaries, normal understanding is a normal condition in all things even controlled.

But in the last few months we have been imprisoned and asked what happened. This we have discussed in 3 previous articles. So when we see from this condition we cannot return to the conditions that before covid-19 changed everything.

So we need new normality that makes it seem as though normal with new life changes that are by the conditions experienced based on guidelines which become an absolute truth for all people (in this case the person who holds power)

This new order of life refers to the socio-cultural system in an area and even the world order of life. Where all sectors will set new standards and new boundaries or something behavior that must be done and become common according to the provisions that become the new rules of the government.

The economy is one of the factors that have an impact on all factors. On the other place, the economic side is also often a big problem for the business world. because the business world has never had a strong system to survive the storms caused by the economy which have an impact on human factors.

In 2 articles before, we know that covid 19 (Coronavirus) makes the economy of almost all even all countries dizzy because it is on the verge of collapse. Many countries even make many extraordinary policies so that the economy does not fall apart.

But what is happening right now is that many companies are starting to get confused and do a lot of efficiency from a variety of factors including one of which is the dismissal of employees.

So what happens now is the unemployment that is large enough in a country. Thus increasing a substantial risk on a country's economy. Then how to respond to circumstances like this?
