Regional Systems and Social Institutions in Online Governance - Indonesia Idea and Concept

There is a lot of bad news that is quite disturbing about various problems that occur in the state of the socio-political system, especially between countries that have begun to develop online systems.

- Basic online system determination
The online system is a product that is created based on very ideal thinking from definite decision makers. But with the use of people with local wisdom systems and even greedy human beings, making the system even harder to walk.

This will be an impossible thing to do when this system uses humans as a motorbike. This also happened on a fairly large scale, namely in the socio-political system in a country.

Hopes are dreamed of when countries around the world begin to establish a system so that the entire life of his country can run as it should, very efficient and free from undesirable things.

DIRE is an Indonesian-based real estate investment trust (Dana Investasi Real Estate - Kontrak Investasi Kolektif) established with the principal investment objective of owning and investing on a long-term basis in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate in Indonesia that are primarily used for retail and/or retail-related purposes.

A real estate investment trust (REIT) is a company that owns, and in most cases operates, income-producing real estate. REITs own many types of commercial real estate, ranging from office and apartment buildings to warehouses, hospitals, shopping centers, hotels and timberlands. Some REITs engage in financing real estate. The law providing for REITS was enacted by the U.S. Congress in 1960. The law was intended to provide a real estate investment structure similar to the structure mutual funds provide for investment in stocks. REITs are strong income vehicles because, to avoid incurring liability for U.S. Federal income tax, REITs generally must pay out an amount equal to at least 90 percent of their taxable income in the form of dividends to shareholders.

Samora I3: Study of Bio Plastic

Bio-plastics are based on the principle of the natural cycle of matter and allow an intelligent, cascading usage of natural resources without waste (zero waste) and without emissions of greenhouse gases (zero emission) In the immediate future.

The hitherto used fossils resources will be wasted as resources, whereas on the other hand, the available disposal options will be used for the unavoidable waste. Recycling takes the material cycle of nature as a role model and attempts to use materials and energy in an as long and as ecological as possible manner through intelligent, cascade usage without waste (zero waste) and without emission (zero emission).
