Public Investment Funds are different from this, public investment funds are funds that are collected based on full awareness as part of the development of public companies and strengthen the country's economy through shares on the stock exchange and other instruments in the world of finance and legality.

Why do I raise this in the discussion this time? In the current era of globalization, data is no longer an expensive or difficult word. But data is the language and form of every person's information, especially in the digital age. It is undeniable that data in today's life is a necessity in human life. Like humans who have just been born into this world, must have complete data (who is his mother, who are his parents, what blood type, what date of birth and what time).
We cannot say that this is not important. So that requires the recording of data properly, quickly and precisely. And if the data presented is wrong, a lot of bad things will happen. Suppose that A has wrong data on his birthday, then the data that must be used is wrong data for the rest of his life. Because birthday data is used everywhere like in a bank, data on a id, making a deed, and so on.
If in manual form, the statistical theory says that "the data still has a margin of error of 30-40% of the amount of data." Now we are in the era of computerization and information acceleration. Then the calculation theory has an application that is sure to undergo fundamental theory changes so that they reduce the radio error to 10-20% of the amount of data available.

Perkembangan teknologi menjadi suatu hal yang dilihat orang baik / terkadang tidak bahkan berbahaya untuk sebagian orang. Tetapi percaya atau tidak, perkembangan teknologi yang begitu sangat cepat perlu kita respond dengan pengembangan intergrasi data dan pengolahan data yang baik.

Dalam sejumlah survery yang dilakukan oleh lembaga lembaga besar di dunia, menunjukan bahwa kemajuan dan percepatan perkembangan teknologi tidak di dukung oleh infrastructure dan intergrasi data yang cepat sehingga pengolahan data menjadi sangat minim dan tidak memiliki fungsi apa.

Perkembangan data  dan dunia teknologi begitu cepat, sehingga banyak perubahan yang terjadi dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan data dan keamanan data. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ada beberapa teknologi yang telah memiliki dan  menyimpan data konsumen untuk tujuan tertentu, sehingga data konsumen yang menggunakan teknologi tersebut dapat diperoleh secara akurat dan cepat.

Dalam bentuknya data menjadi sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, karena dengan adanya data yang sangat akurat dan cepat dapat membantu manusia atau pihak pihak yang memiliki kepentingan untuk dapat mengolah, mendapatkan data dan mengambil keputusan serta bergerak secara cepat. Di sisi lain, dengan data yang akurat sangat rentan memiliki risiko yang cukup besar yaitu penyalah gunaan data yang besar. Hal ini  dibuktikan dengan kasus salah satu media sosial yaitu Facebook. Hal dibuktikan dengan beberapa informasi yang telah diungkap oleh salah bos / CEO Facebook dalam berita di laman Detik.com.

Hal ini menjadi sebuah kebingungan yang cukup pelik bagi pemberi data maupun pihak yang berkepentingan. Ditambah lagi dengan beberapa pihak yang menggunakan data palsu untuk memberikan data atau berita  yang tidak benar. Sehingga keadaan menjadi tidak terkendali dengan baik bahkan bisa menjadi sebuah bom waktu yang sangat besar dan sangat berbahaya.
